Registered Nurse (RN) - Day Shift Location: California Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule: Day shift: 5x8 hours (06:30 - 15:00). Call coverage of 4-6 times in a 6-week rotation, including weekends. Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care in an acute care hospital setting. The ideal candidate will have experience in various surgical procedures and must be prepared to work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver the best patient outcomes. Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Assist in various surgical procedures and care of patients in the operating room. Monitor patient progress and document care in the electronic medical record. Provide education and support to patients and their families. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
Minimum of 1 year of charge experience required. BLS certification is mandatory. Experience with Epic charting system preferred. Valid California RN license is required. Community hospital experience is required.
