Required Qualifications
Vascular Interventional Technologist, Vascular Experience: 2 years RAD-MA Certifications: R-American Registry of Radiologic Technologists(Copy needed)
BLS-AHA(Copy needed) On Call: call required Weekends: EOW SSN Required DOB Required Work History: Should not be more than 30 days of gap in last 7 years Please provide dates and times available for interview at time of submission ALL RTO REQUESTS MUST BE PRESENTED AT TIME OF SUB Travelers who have worked for Beth Israel Lahey Health as travel, perm or per diem within the last six months will not be accepted - MUST be separated from facility for six months to be considered.
