How you'll make an impact in this role Direct Clinical Assistance: Performs fundamental patient care activities, including assisting with mobility, positioning, and the safe transfer of patients to support physical recovery and prevent complications. ADL & Personal Care Support: Facilitates activities of daily living (ADLs) by assisting patients with personal hygiene, grooming, and nutritional needs, ensuring a dignified and person-centered care experience. Condition Monitoring & Reporting: Observes and reports critical changes in a patient's physical, mental, or emotional status to the nursing staff, serving as a vital link in the early detection of clinical decline. Environmental & Record Management: Maintains precise documentation of patient data while ensuring patient rooms remain orderly and medical equipment is cleaned, stocked, and ready for immediate use.
What minimum requirements you'll need Licensure / Certification / Registration:
BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Education: High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
