Industry Leading Compensation Package Path to Partnership, if desired Work 3-4 days a month (with flexibility on which day of the week) Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Diagnosis and Treatment Planning
Evaluate patient symptoms using clinical examinations, radiographs, and advanced imaging techniques Develop customized treatment plans to address pulp and root-related issues Patient Management and Education
Discuss treatment options, procedures, and aftercare instructions with clarity and compassion Provide expert guidance on pain management and preventive care to help patients maintain long-term oral health Clinical Operations
Maintain meticulous patient records and treatment histories Ensure a sterile, safe, and welcoming environment Continuing Education and Collaboration
Stay current with the latest advancements in endodontic techniques and technologies Collaborate with general dentists and other specialists to offer comprehensive, high-quality care What We're Looking ForEducational Background & Licensure
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) Completion of a post-doctoral residency program in endodontics Active license (or the ability to obtain one) A commitment to integrity and the highest standards of ethical patient care Interpersonal Skills
