Position Type: Student Support Services/Nurse Date Posted: 5/22/2026 Location: Crestwood and Midlothian Job Summary: The LPN or CNA is responsible for addressing the health needs of students between the ages 3 years of age to 14 years of age with compromised health systems, as identified on the student's IEP, under the direction of Certified School Nurse or RN. The LPN or CNA should be knowledgeable in the care of pediatrics, especially neurological disorders, G tube feedings, and diabetic care.
Qualifications: Completion of LPN or CNA requirements through the Illinois Department of Public Health; Valid and registered Illinois Professional Educators License with Paraprofessional endorsement is preferred, but not required; Experience working with students with severe to profound disabilities
Salary Information: CNA Salary Range Per CBA: $25,173-$34,151 (+ longevity))-depends on experience Benefit Information: CNA Staff Salary and Benefit Information
