Über

Description Regional Medical Center employs Emergency Medical Technicians to provide on call service. When on call, this person will be expected to respond to ambulance calls within a reasonable amount of time.
Up to date equipment: LUCAS III, Stryker PowerPro, Stryker Power-LOAD, Wi-Fi in ambulances with real time documentation ability. RequirementsCurrent certification as an EMT in the State of Iowa Valid Iowa driver's license and acceptable driving record required. (Click here for details.) BLS certification required Child and Dependent Adult Mandatory Reporter Training required Annual hospital education required Meeting attendance Ability to work a variety of shifts including: holidays, weekends and weeknights. May require the employee to be on site while on call.
Be able to collaborate with paramedics and other agencies to provide safe and efficient care. Be able to work independently with paramedics and EMTs.
