Optometrist Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm (no weekends, nights, or major holidays) Full-time (40/hour per week) Locations available: Knoxville, TN, In-Person Who we are: River Valley Health is a comprehensive Federally Qualified Health Center caring for over 70,000 patients across 13 counties in Tennessee. We provide integrated primary medical, behavioral, dental, optometry, and clinical pharmacy services through our nationally recognized integrated model of care. We are committed to serving our mission to care for all, regardless of ability to pay, through innovation, excellence, and teamwork. Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive eye and vision exams. Diagnose and treat eye conditions. Prescribe corrective lenses. Provide patient education on eye health, preventive care, and treatment options. Coordinate care with primary care providers, and other specialists when necessary. Qualifications:
Doctorate of Optometry from an accredited university. Active Tennessee License required. Excellent communication and patient education skills. Why Join Us:
