Utilizing radiographic and CT techniques to produce diagnostic images that aid in physician evaluations Working collaboratively with radiologists and diverse healthcare teams to ensure precise diagnoses Properly positioning patients and adjusting equipment settings for optimal imagery Following safety protocols to protect patients, staff, and oneself from radiation exposure Keeping meticulous records, including imaging logs and maintenance documentation Delivering compassionate care to patients throughout their imaging experience Contributing to an organized, safe, and efficient imaging environment Educational Qualifications
Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology is required; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred Certification from an accredited radiology program Essential Certifications
ARRT certification (for CT and/or Radiography) Current BLS certification or the ability to obtain it within 90 days of employment Skills That Set You Apart
Thorough understanding of diagnostic imaging protocols and safety guidelines Exemplary communication skills for connecting effectively with patients and interdisciplinary teams Capacity to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt swiftly to the evolving needs A keen attention to detail coupled with a strong sense of accountability Familiarity with PACS, RIS, and advanced imaging software technologies What You Can Expect From Us
