With over 1,300 clinicians across more than 30 specialties, WPMG is one of the largest and most respected multi-specialty practices in the Pacific Northwest. Position Overview: Kaiser Permanente-Washington Permanente Medical Group is seeking a full-time (1.0 FTE) Physician Assistant to join our Allergy team at the Tacoma Medical Center in Tacoma, Washington. If you are dedicated and forward-thinking, we are looking for a clinician who is energized by collaboration, passionate about patient-centered specialty care and excited to help build and evolve in a high-impact role within the Service Line.
Ideal candidates will have experience in Allergy/Immunology and is preferred but not required.

Salary Range: $136,809 to $160,951 (salary will be prorated based on FTE, new hire salaries will be based on factors such as education, training and experience.) Value Based Incentive Program: Annual bonus opportunity based on organizational and team-based performance on access, service and experience goals Generous Employer Retirement Contributions: Upon eligibility WPMG will contribute 10.3% of your base salary to your 401(K) with additional employee contributions being optional Cash Balance Plan: Additional means to save for retirement

Professional Licensure New Hire Incentives:

Ability to obtain: WA State Medical License
