Clepper Manor is a 54-bed facility located in Sharon, PA. Job Summary Provide direct resident care under the supervision of nursing staff, assisting with daily activities while ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity. Key Responsibilities
Assist with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding) Take and report vital signs and changes in condition Help with mobility, transfers, and repositioning Maintain a clean and safe environment Document care and respond to resident needs Requirements
Valid Pennsylvania CNA certification High school diploma or equivalent preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to perform physical tasks (lifting, standing) Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused Schedule & Environment
Full-time, part-time, or PRN; all shifts available Includes weekends and holidays Skilled nursing facility setting Pay & Benefits

Experience
Must be a licensed CNA in Pennsylvania
