Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Dietary Aid to join our culinary team at Fallsview Rehabilitation and Nursing. As a Dietary Aid, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dietary department, providing exceptional food service to our patients and residents. Your attention to detail and strong communication skills will enable you to effectively interact with our patients, families, and staff while maintaining a clean and safe environment. Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve patient/resident meals in accordance with dietary needs and preferences Maintain accurate records of patient/resident food intake and allergies Assist in the production of meals, including food preparation, plating, and garnishing Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas Restock supplies and maintain inventory of food, linens, and other materials Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and staff Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
Requirements:
0 years of experience (entry-level opportunities available) High school diploma or equivalent required
