Prepare, administer, and document medications in accordance with Mosaic policies, physician orders, and state regulations Maintain accurate and timely entries in the Medication Assistance Record (MAR) Verify, clarify, and update physician orders as needed Order, receive, and securely store medications in compliance with community protocols Maintain a clean, organized, and secure medication room Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and ambulation Take and record vital signs, monitor health changes, and communicate updates promptly to the Clinical Manager or Executive Director
Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent required Med Tech certification and previous long-term care experience, preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently, follow procedures, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Must demonstrate empathy, patience, and a strong commitment to resident dignity Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
