Iowa Women & Men's Health Center is looking for a CMA, LPN or RN to join our fun, busy, and energetic team! We're seeking a motivated team player who is ready to grow within a fast-paced medical practice and contribute to an exceptional patient experience. Position Responsibilities
Rooming patients and preparing them for exams Obtaining and entering patient information into our EMR system Performing CLIA-moderate complexity lab tests Administering and documenting injections Assisting providers with in-office procedures Managing and triaging patient calls efficiently Phlebotomy skills (Preferred) Daily instrument sterilization Maintaining clinical, safety, and laboratory standards This position will also be cross-trained to support multiple provider schedules. Being able to jump in and help wherever needed throughout the day is essential! Qualifications
Outstanding customer service skills (Required) Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment EMR experience: 1 year (preferred) Vital signs experience: 1 year (preferred) CMA, LPN or RN credentials (Required) Schedule Monday-Thursday: 7:15 AM - 5:15 PM Friday: 7:15-12:00
