Full-time position (0.8 to 1.0 FTE)
Minimum 2 years prior RN and/or ARNP work experience in an inpatient acute care setting is required
Advanced practitioner experience in an inpatient acute care setting is preferred; new ARNP graduates with inpatient acute care experience as an RN are encouraged to apply.
Board-certified/board-eligible as an ARNP is required; BC/BE in acute care is preferred
Palliative care specialty-specific experience not required; training and mentorship provided upon hire
Advanced Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse (ACHPN) certification required to obtain within one year upon hire, with study support and exam fee reimbursement
As a non-profit organization, Providence qualifies for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program
No state income tax in Washington state (federal income tax still applies)
Signing bonus, value-based incentive, and relocation assistance available
Comprehensive benefits including health, vision, dental and retirement
Compensation is between $136,856 and $169,403 per year
The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them
