We're looking for a passionate Medical Technologist (ASCP) to join our dedicated lab crew. If you're someone who thrives behind the scenes, ensuring accurate diagnostics and keeping things running smoothly under the microscope-this is your moment. What You'll Be Doing:
Running Diagnostic Tests: You'll be performing essential lab work across hematology, microbiology, blood banking, chemistry, and more-all to help guide lifesaving treatment decisions. Ensuring Quality and Accuracy: From calibrating machines to double-checking results, your eye for detail helps keep our lab safe, efficient, and reliable. Collaborating with Clinicians: You'll work shoulder to shoulder (sometimes virtually) with physicians and care teams to interpret test results and deliver answers that matter. Mentoring and Problem-Solving: Got experience? Great. You'll help support newer staff, troubleshoot technical hiccups, and contribute to process improvements. What You'll Bring:
Active ASCP certification as a Medical Technologist Solid understanding of lab procedures and safety practices Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills A collaborative spirit-you like working with others to get the job done A desire to grow and keep learning Perks & Pay:
