Collaborative, multidisciplinary team including physical, occupational, and speech therapists, nursing, and case management

Qualifications
MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Board-certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
Pain Medicine Fellowship preferred
Ability to obtain/maintain New Hampshire medical license
Commitment to team-based care and strong communication skills
