Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the medical staff. Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing team. Assist in daily living activities, ensuring comfort and safety. Engage in patient education and provide support for recovery. Collaborate effectively with RNs, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
Current LVN license. BLS certification is required; ACLS and IV skills are preferred. Experience in Ortho and Kidney Transplant care, and Central Line and Foley management is a plus. Ability to adapt in a culturally diverse team environment.
