About the Role We are hiring a Physical Therapist to work at our beautiful partner location, **Pickersgill Retirement Community (https://pickersgillretirement.org). ****** In this role, you will provide on-site therapy services to a geriatric population in both skilled and outpatient settings, all within one supportive location. Whether you are a recent graduate or have years of experience, we welcome you! Plus, we provide all the training you need. What You'll Do
Perform physical therapy evaluations and create individualized plans of care Deliver skilled therapy services that improve mobility, function, safety, and independence Track progress, update treatment plans, and clearly communicate patient status Complete documentation accurately and on time Collaborate with therapy team members and other healthcare professionals Help create a rehab program that patients, families, and facilities trust

Job Requirements
Licensed Physical Therapist in Maryland (Or soon to be licensed!) Active CPR certification Passion for patient-centered care Strong evaluation and clinical reasoning skills Ability to build rapport with patients and work effectively on a team
