Conduct comprehensive dental assessments and develop personalized treatment plans. Provide high-quality care through a wide range of dental procedures, including restorations, extractions, and cosmetic treatments. Educate patients on oral health and preventive care to support long-term wellness. Maintain a professional and compassionate approach to patient interactions. Work collaboratively with the team to maintain and elevate the practice's standards of excellence. Requirements
DDS or DMD Degree Excellent chair-side presence, and ability to make patients feel relaxed Strong communication skills with the ability to educate and communicate effectively with patients of all ages, including pediatrics Openness to coaching, mentorship, and a desire to grow 1-2 years experience at a dental practice preferred Benefits
