Position Overview The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or provider. Provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care Monitor patient conditions and report changes promptly Administer medications and treatments within scope of practice Collaborate with Registered Nurses and interdisciplinary care teams Promote patient safety, comfort, and dignity Maintain accurate and timely documentation Minimum Qualifications
Licensure: Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license Skills: Strong clinical, communication, and organizational abilities Ability to work effectively during overnight shifts Core Competencies
