Location: Saint Clair Shores, MI Pay Rate: $24/hr Employment Type: Contingent Schedule: Mon–Fri, 7:00am–3:30pm; Every 4th Saturday Why This Role Matters As a Phlebotomist, you represent the face of the organization to every patient you serve. Your ability to create a welcoming, professional environment while collecting accurate specimens plays a vital role in supporting diagnostic testing and informed healthcare decisions. What You’ll Do
Perform venipuncture and specimen collection for patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric populations
Prepare, process, and package specimens according to established procedures
Maintain accurate documentation and required records
Create a safe, professional, and reassuring experience for patients
Perform daily activities accurately and on time under the direction of the area supervisor
Promote a positive image with patients, clients, employees, and the public
What We’re Looking For
A current, up-to-date resume
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 6 months of phlebotomy experience (1+ year preferred)
Strong customer service skills, preferably in a retail or service environment
Excellent phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric draws
Ability to work independently with minimal on-site supervision
Keyboarding and data entry proficiency
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, overtime, and on-call as needed
Ability to meet compliance requirements (including worksite required immunizations)
