Position Highlights • Outpatient only - zero hospital responsibilities • No call - all after-hours calls handled by a triage service • Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM • No nights, weekends, or extended hours • Standard patient volume: ~24 patients per day • Work alongside a highly experienced, autonomous Nurse Practitioner and strong clinical support team

An internal Quality Assurance team provides additional support and oversight, especially in coordinating care when patients require hospitalization.
Ideal Candidate • Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pediatrician • Experience preferred, but well-trained recent graduates will be considered • Mission-driven, patient-centered, and committed to serving families with excellence • Comfortable stepping into a full, established panel
