Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with physical disabilities, injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Develop individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans. Conduct thorough preoperative and postoperative assessments of patients. Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as X-rays, MRIs, and CT scans. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physical therapists, occupational therapists, and pain management specialists. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Educate patients and families on treatment plans, recovery expectations, and preventive care. Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with regulations. Stay current with advancements in physical medicine and rehabilitation medicine Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience in pain management, musculoskeletal medicine, or rehabilitation. Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO). Board Certified or Board Eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) Active and unrestricted California MD/DO license. Active and unrestricted DEA license. Current BLS/CPR certification Experience with workers' compensation cases Enrolled as a Medicare FFS provider Strong clinical, diagnostic, and interpersonal skills.
