This opportunity is ideal for a school-based SLP who values interdisciplinary collaboration, structured support, and the ability to directly impact students' communication development within an educational setting.
Schedule: 40 hours per week Contract Type: W2 Start Date: 7/30/26 End Date: 5/28/27 Work Arrangement: In Person Compensation details will be reviewed with you before district submission Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive weekly compensation based on experience Weekly direct deposit Full-time W2 benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan and more Licensure & CEU Reimbursement Referral bonus program Ongoing clinical management support from a dedicated CCC-SLP Experienced recruiter advocacy throughout your assignment Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - School Based - Key ResponsibilitiesConduct speech-language evaluations and comprehensive assessments Participate as a related service provider in IEP meetings Develop measurable IEP goals aligned with student needs Provide direct therapy services (individual and group) Deliver services across speech, language, articulation, fluency, voice, and pragmatic communication Maintain compliance documentation and progress monitoring Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families Support AAC implementation and consultation when appropriate Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Comparable Active FL DOH SLP License Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CF) considered School Based experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist is Required Experience with IEP development and compliance documentation
