Utilize advanced radiographic and CT techniques to obtain high-quality images for medical evaluations Work closely with radiologists and healthcare teams to ensure precise diagnoses Skillfully position patients and fine-tune equipment for the best imaging results Adhere to all radiation safety protocols to protect both patients and staff Maintain accurate documentation, including imaging logs and equipment upkeep Deliver compassionate care to patients throughout their imaging experiences Promote a safe and efficient imaging environment Educational Background
Associate Degree in Radiologic Technology required; Bachelor's Degree preferred Graduation from a recognized radiology program Necessary Certifications
ARRT certification (CT and/or Radiography) required Current BLS certification or the ability to obtain it within three months of employment Essential Skills
Proven expertise in diagnostic imaging techniques and patient safety standards Strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients and health care teams Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt as circumstances evolve An eye for detail combined with a high level of accountability Familiarity with imaging software such as PACS and RIS What's in It for You
