Über
Prepare operating rooms with sterile equipment and supplies for scheduled surgeries. Assist surgeons and healthcare team during procedures by passing instruments and maintaining sterile fields. Monitor and maintain sterile techniques throughout surgical processes. Ensure proper sterilization and handling of surgical instruments and supplies. Support post-operative procedures including cleanup and sterilization of equipment. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations. Qualifications:
Successfully completed an accredited Surgical Technologist program. Certified Surgical Technologist credential preferred. Must have experience in general surgery, orthopedics, ENT, OB/GYN, podiatry, urology, or dental procedures. Valid State of Iowa Mandatory Reporter training certification. BLS certification through the American Heart Association required. Ability to remain within 30 minutes of the healthcare facility during on-call hours. Benefits & Growth:
