MLR is seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Surgical Scrub Technician to join our surgical team. In this critical role, you will maintain a sterile environment, assist surgeons during operations, and ensure patient safety and well-being. Working closely with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care in the operating room. Surgical Scrub Tech Qualifications:
Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST). High school diploma or GED required; completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program preferred. Previous experience as a Surgical Scrub Tech or in an operating room setting is preferred. Knowledge of surgical instruments, sterile techniques, and surgical procedures. Strong attention to detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Surgical Scrub Technician Benefits:
