Position: 2nd Shift Nurse Supervisor (3:00pm-11:00pm) Are you passionate about supporting residents in an assisted living environment while leading a dedicated care team? At NHC, we foster a supportive, team-driven atmosphere that allows nurses to utilize both their clinical expertise and leadership skills within an Assisted Living Facility (ALF). Requirements:
Graduate of a nursing program accredited by the State Current South Carolina LPN License Prior experience in an Assisted Living Facility or supervisory role preferred Responsibilities Include:
Provide nursing oversight and direct resident care in accordance with ALF/SCALF regulations Administer medications and monitor resident health status within the assisted living scope of practice Supervise medication techs/nursing assistants during the 2nd shift Coordinate staffing and adjust schedules as needed due to call-ins or coverage needs Ensure compliance with South Carolina ALF/SCALF licensure requirements and policies Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and management Promote resident independence, dignity, and quality of life Serve as the on-site nursing leader for the 3:00pm-11:00pm shift Benefits We Offer:
