Administer Medications & Treatments - Pass medications and provide treatments safely according to care plans. Provide Hands-On Care - Assist residents with personal care (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting. Support Mealtime - Help residents enjoy their meals and stay hydrated for overall health. Promote Mobility - Assist with turning, positioning, and safe transfers to keep residents moving safely. Perform Vital Checks - Measure and record vital signs, weight, and intake/output. Maintain Comfort & Care - Keep residents' rooms tidy, cozy, and stocked with essentials. Respond to Resident Needs - Answer call lights promptly and provide compassionate support. Monitor Resident Conditions - Report any changes to the leadership team immediately. Demonstrate Respect & Professionalism - Maintain confidentiality while delivering high-quality care. Must be 18 years of age or older.
1 year of medication passing experience in a healthcare setting. Previous experience as a caregiver in a healthcare setting, preferably with seniors or in long-term care. Position requires the ability to lift and move objects weighting up to 35 pounds without assistance. Previous working knowledge of Electronic Medication Administration Records (EMAR) systems, preferred. Benefits
