Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing new charts for new intakes and providing them to the appropriate Case Managers. Pulling and preparing charts for day and evening case conferences. Retrieving and replacing charts as requested by HELP USA staff and outside auditors. Ensuring that no charts are lost or misfiled. Assisting with special projects as needed. You're a great fit for this role if you have:
High School Diploma or equivalent OR equivalent experience and skills. Computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office applications. Strong organizational and administrative skills required. Compensation Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage, prevailing wage, or exempt salary requirements under federal, state and local laws. We Have GREAT BENEFITS!
