RN Unit Manager / Infection Prevention (IP) RolePosition Overview: The RN Unit Manager / IP oversees the care management of a patient population within an assigned unit, area, or clinical function. This role involves performing the full nursing process-assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation-in accordance with the State's Nurse Practice Act. The Unit Manager - RN ensures effective resource utilization, timely and appropriate care interventions, and clear interdisciplinary communication to improve patient and family satisfaction, maintain adherence to clinical systems, and ensure regulatory compliance. Requirements:
Valid RN license in Pennsylvania. Infection Prevention (IP) certification is required. Minimum of one year of supervisory experience in a hospital, long-term care facility, or related healthcare setting. Training or experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices. What We Offer:
