QualificationsCertification: Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine; or Board Eligible within 2 years of completing Residency. Experience: Open to New Graduates! While experience is a plus, we highly value a positive attitude and a collaborative spirit. Licensure: Active Virginia medical license (or willingness to obtain one). Key ResponsibilitiesComprehensive Care: Provide high-quality primary care to an adult patient population (ages 18+). Clinical Excellence: Maintain accurate and timely documentation within our EMR and meet key quality metrics to ensure the best patient outcomes. Collaborative Practice: Work alongside a supportive team of healthcare professionals in a positive environment. True Balance: Enjoy your evenings and weekends. The salary for this role is $225k-$250k in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.
