Provide outstanding nursing care in multiple units, ensuring patient safety and satisfaction. Perform thorough patient assessments and create personalized care plans. Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as ordered by healthcare providers. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate and enhance patient care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with hospital standards. Educate patients and families about health management, treatment options, and discharge instructions. Offer support and flexibility during peak times or special circumstances. Qualifications for Float Pool Registered Nurse:
Active RN licensure in New Mexico required. Graduate from an accredited nursing program. Current certifications in ACLS and CPR are required; PALS and TNCC certifications are preferred. Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in acute care settings; diverse specialty experience is a plus. Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
