Current Resume Nursing License per state Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or Specialty Certifications 2 Current Clinical References (Supervisor x2 within 12 months) Physicial (within 12 months) TB Skin Test (within 12 months) Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella Respiratory Fit Test (within 12 months) Current Tdap/Flu Vaccinations Must be able to pass background/urine drug screening COVID Card - Current (In most cases) Compensation and Benefits At Alliance Services, Inc. we take care of you!
