Overview Gastroenterologist Opportunity Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group Location: Mercy Medical Center - Aurora, IllinoisPosition Overview: Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group is actively seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Gastroenterologist to join our growing team in the western suburbs of Chicago. This is a full-time, hospital-employed position offering an outstanding work-life balance, excellent support, and a highly competitive compensation package. Responsibilities Position Highlights: Focus: Primarily general GI (bread-and-butter); advanced procedures optional and supported Schedule: ~8 hrs hospital rounding, 12 hrs endoscopy block, 12 hrs clinic Clinic Volume: ~20 patients per session Procedures: 6-7 per day Base Salary: $700,000 - $850,000+ (three-year guarantee) Productivity incentives / RVU-based bonuses Call Schedule: 1:3 Comprehensive Benefits

Pay Transparency Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. Our Total Rewards package includes, but is not limited to, paid time off, a 401K retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and many more voluntary benefit options. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $700,000.00 to $850,000.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
