Estimator (Intermediate) Estimator with 5+ years' experience required to join a leading Main Contractor working across high-volume residential schemes. The successful candidate will ideally be a Contract Surveyor or QS. The primary focus of the role is reviewing, aligning, and levelling subcontractor pricing rather than first-principles estimating. Strong experience in procuring and managing packages is essential. Client-facing experience is advantageous. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced estimator to join a well-established business with a strong residential pipeline. Role: Review, align, and level subcontractor pricing across residential packages. Procure and manage M&E and general subcontractor packages. Liaise with the design team and client representatives as required. Prepare and present cost plans and tender submissions. Support the commercial team throughout the procurement process. Ensure all estimating activities are carried out to programme and quality standards. Requirements: Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related discipline. Minimum 5 years' consistent experience in the Irish or UK market. Strong background in residential construction is essential. Experience procuring and managing M&E or specialist packages. Excellent commercial and analytical skills. Full driving licence.
