Join a close-knit neonatology team in a warm, welcoming community nestled between Tampa and Orlando. Pediatrix® Medical Group is seeking a dedicated Neonatologist to join our well-established practice at Winter Haven Women's Hospital , part of the nationally recognized BayCare Health System .

This role offers the perfect blend of clinical impact, lifestyle flexibility, and the support of one of the strongest neonatal networks in the country.

Position Highlights

• Practice at Winter Haven Women's Hospital , a specialty hospital dedicated to women and newborns

• Busy 11bed Level II NICU

• 236 annual NICU admissions with an average daily census of 6

• Approx. 1,800 deliveries annually

• Work in a 2physician practice supported by skilled NNPs and the larger BayCare neonatology team in Tampa

• Attend all Csections and deliveries
