$350 to $500 per hour
All-inclusive rate covering travel, housing, and malpractice
Schedule
Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
On-call coverage required nights, weekends, and holidays
15-minute response time for call
60-minute on-site response for call-back
Responsibilities
Perform full-spectrum interventional radiology procedures
Provide consults and treatment planning
Manage pre and post procedure care
Document in VA electronic health record system
Participate in quality assurance and peer review
Collaborate with surgical and medical teams
Procedures Include
Image-guided biopsies and drain placements
Vascular access and angiographic interventions
Embolization and thrombolysis
Dialysis access procedures
Oncology-related IR procedures
Requirements
Board Certified in Interventional Radiology
Active unrestricted U.S. medical license
DEA registration
BLS and ACLS certification
Eligible for VA credentialing and privileging
