Licensed Practical/Licensed Vocational Nurse - a high performing nurse (LPN) that's committed to providing quality care to our geriatric population. Join our team of award winning, highly engaged RN's, LPNs, CNA-M's and CNA's in our 120 bed skilled and long term care facility that specializes in the care of patients with Alzheimer's disease and dementia. This position is 36 hour per week, every other weekend and holiday rotation.
