About the Role: The practice focuses on hearing evaluations, counseling, and hearing aid fittings. Audiologists rotate between 3-4 offices, seeing a mix of new and follow-up patients. This is an opportunity for a motivated, entrepreneurial audiologist who enjoys both the clinical and consultative aspects of hearing healthcare and can ethically help patients improve their hearing while achieving revenue targets. Key Responsibilities
Conduct hearing assessments and full audiometric evaluations Counsel patients on hearing loss, hearing aids, and aural rehabilitation Fit, program, and troubleshoot hearing aids Perform cerumen management and ear impressions Manage follow-up care and service commitments Rotate between multiple office locations What We're Looking For
NYS Audiology license NYS dispensing license Active Medicare & Medicaid numbers Comfort working in a multi-site, high-production environment Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills Prior experience in a clinical setting with hearing aid dispensing preferred What's In It For You?
