Perform echocardiograms, stress echocardiograms, and other cardiac ultrasound procedures as ordered by physicians. Capture high-quality images of the heart and surrounding blood vessels using ultrasound equipment. Ensure proper patient preparation, including explaining procedures and addressing concerns. Analyze and evaluate images, identifying key features of heart conditions for physician interpretation. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of all echocardiogram results. Collaborate with cardiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care. Ensure compliance with all medical, ethical, and regulatory standards related to cardiac sonography. Qualifications:
Associate's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related field; Bachelor's preferred. Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) certification required (or must obtain within 6 months). 1+ years of experience in echocardiography, preferred but not required. New graduates with appropriate training are welcome to apply. Strong knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy and echocardiographic techniques. Ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare providers. Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Benefits:
