Duties and Responsibilities
Review hearing, speech, language, feeding, swallowing, and medical information to evaluate and develop treatment plans Administer speech and language evaluations and standardized assessments Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for speech, language, feeding, voice, fluency, cognitive communication, and swallowing disorders Plan, organize, and conduct therapy sessions for pediatric and adult patients Complete documentation and progress reports in a timely manner Educate and train caregivers on strategies to support communication and feeding skills Participate in treatment team meetings, staff meetings, and professional development opportunities Work collaboratively with other therapy disciplines
Compensation and Benefits Milestone Health Partners values work-life balance and offers flexible scheduling to support both career and family responsibilities. Clinic hours are Monday–Thursday from 7:00 AM–5:00 PM and Fridays from 7:00 AM–12:00 PM, allowing for extended weekends and improved work-life balance. Salary is dependent upon qualifications and experience. Full-time benefits include:

Requirements and Qualifications
Master of Science or Master of Arts degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university Licensed by the North Dakota Board of Examiners on Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology Experience working with pediatric and/or adult populations preferred, but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team Desire to stay current on evidence-based therapy practices
