Create individualized treatment plans that cater to both immediate and long-term communication, cognitive, or swallowing objectives. Deliver personalized speech therapy interventions that enhance communication skills, address language and fluency issues, and improve voice and swallowing capabilities. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team including physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, doctors, caregivers, and families to forge comprehensive care plans. Provide education to patients and families to encourage progress outside of therapy sessions. Participate in inpatient speech therapy evaluations and interventions when necessary, ensuring a seamless continuum of care. Maintain timely and precise documentation in accordance with state, federal, and organization regulations. Engage in continuing education to stay informed about the latest developments in the field and promote peer collaboration. Education

Expertise in evidence-based treatment methods suitable for all ages, along with a solid understanding of developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing disorders. Exceptional communication skills with patients, families, and across interdisciplinary teams. Skills to adapt therapy techniques to meet a variety of cultural and linguistic backgrounds. Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in the use of electronic medical records and understanding documentation standards. Benefits
Attractive compensation aligned with experience. Flexible scheduling options to promote work-life balance and provide varied caseloads. Opportunities for specialization in children, adults, or seniors. Paid time off (PTO) and holiday pay. Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits. Financial support for continuing education and professional growth. A collaborative environment centered around quality care and lifelong learning.
A Career That Resonates with Life and Community In this impactful position, you will not only provide therapy but become part of a community that values understanding, empathy, and connection.
