NP/PA - Ortho Columbia Memorial Hospital located in the upper Hudson Valley region of Upstate New York, 2 hours north of NY City and 30 minutes south of Albany, NY. It is a 192-bed facility with 39 outpatient Care Centers whose philosophy is "Patients First," emphasizing safety and quality in patient care. The area offers the best in/outdoor activities year-round as well as an extensive array of cultural and artistic venues. We offer numerous opportunities for our Medical Staff to work in a progressive healthcare system whose range of services include a substantial primary care network, multiple subspecialties and all ancillary services in multiple locations to assist in the treatment of your patients. Job Description: Summary/Objective: We are looking for a full-time NP or PA to work with our Orthopedic Specialists. This individual will be utilized to clinically evaluate patients and assist in creating and carry out a treatment plan. The APP will be trained by our Orthopedic Specialists and closely collaborate to determine treatment. We have a need for a full time APP for our growing communities in Columbia and Greene County, NY. The position is for an outpatient environment only. The applicant would be part of a hospital-owned multispecialty group practice but would be part of an Orthopedic practice with the five Physicians, and two full-time APP and the support of a strong administrative team. You will enjoy an excellent collegial environment with a seasoned primary care referral source. Columbia Memorial Hospital, a not-for-profit organization, employs over 200 physicians, NPs, PAs, and CNMs on our three campuses in Hudson, Valatie and Catskill, New York. We offer the opportunity to be involved in outside activities, to pursue educational opportunities, and to be a mentor for others. Compensation will range between $110,000 - $150,000 based on experience. Additional compensation will be paid through a productivity-based incentive.
