Job Description
Craft Tailored Therapy Plans: Assess patients' needs and create personalized strategies designed to help them reach their functional aspirations Implement Therapeutic Measures: Apply evidence-based approaches to enhance patients' skills, cognition, and ability in daily activities Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work hand-in-hand with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to ensure holistic, patient-centered care Guide Patients and Caregivers: Provide education on therapy techniques to help patients and families support continuous progress at home Track and Assess Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and adapt treatment plans as necessary, ensuring patients remain on their journey to recovery Education
Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution Continuing education and post-graduate certifications are encouraged and supported Certifications
Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory Skills
