Complete and submit accurate MDS assessments in accordance with federal and NYS regulations Ensure timely transmission and compliance with CMS guidelines Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to support accurate coding and care planning Monitor PDPM components and reimbursement impact Prepare documentation to support survey readiness Participate in quality assurance and compliance initiatives Ideal Background
