Deliver direct speech therapy sessions focusing on language, voice, fluency, and swallowing difficulties. Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams including physical and occupational therapists, caregivers, and medical practitioners to coordinate optimal patient care. Engage with patients and families to foster understanding and support continuous improvement beyond therapy sessions. Conduct occasional inpatient evaluations to ensure seamless transitions in care. Keep comprehensive, timely documentation that meets all regulatory and organizational standards. Commit to personal growth by staying abreast of developments in the field and participating in ongoing education. Education

Mastery of evidence-based practices across different age groups, with a thorough understanding of both developmental and acquired speech and language challenges. Exceptional interpersonal skills for effective communication with patients, families, and care teams. Adaptability in treatment approaches to cater to varied cultural and linguistic backgrounds. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with electronic health records and documentation best practices. Benefits
Attractive salary package aligned with your level of experience. Flexible work schedules to accommodate a healthy work-life integration. Opportunities to focus in specialized areas such as pediatrics, adult rehabilitation, or geriatrics. Generous paid time off (PTO) along with holiday pay. Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance options. Support for professional development and continuing education reimbursements. A collaborative, supportive work environment emphasizing quality patient care and lifelong learning.

If your heart is set on making a difference with compassion and skill, we are eager to welcome you to our team! Let's Craft Meaningful Connections Together If you perceive speech not just as sound but as a bridge to connection, and therapy as a chance to build genuine relationships - if you believe that laughter and language can coexist in growth - then this could be the next significant chapter in your career. Join us in a community that thrives on communication, understanding, and the courage it takes to begin anew. Apply today to share your voice with our team - and help empower others to express their own.
