Competitive Pay - $18.00 per hour Comprehensive Benefits - Health, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, and more Work-Life Balance - Monday-Friday schedule, 8-hour shifts Career Growth - Gain hands-on experience in a supportive team environment What You'll Do: • Welcome and prepare patients for exams, collect medical histories, and record vital signs • Assist physicians and nurse practitioners with examinations and procedures • Perform phlebotomy, collect and label lab specimens, and conduct routine lab tests • Administer specified medications and injections as directed • Provide wound care and patient education on medications and preventive care • Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment • Perform basic diagnostic X-rays and support administrative tasks such as scheduling, billing, and patient follow-up Services we provide: • Primary Health Care for Adults • Pediatric • Women's Health • Optometry • Behavioral Health
Preferred Qualifications: • Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program with a current NHA Medical Assistant Certification (CCMA required) • 2 years working as a Certified Medical Assistant and 1 year of clinical lab experience preferred • Current BLS/CPR certification (must provide official certification card) • Valid Alabama Driver's License & Insurable Driving Record
