Benefits and Features :
Base Salary: $300,000 - $350,000/year (guaranteed and continues beyond the initial 2-year contract)
Bonus: Quality + Production bonuses paid quarterly at $62 per wRVU (uncapped)
Total Compensation: Typically $400,000 - $500,000/year
Avg wRVU per visit: 2.16 (at MGMA national benchmark)
Sign-On Bonus: $50,000
Relocation: $10,000
CME: $5,000/year
Loan Support: Available during or after training (monthly, quarterly, or annual options)
PSLF Eligible Employer: Estimated $100,000 forgiveness over 5 years
Benefits: Retirement programs, HSA, career advancement opportunities
Cost of Living: ~8% below U.S. national average
Note: Higher base salary increases the wRVU bonus threshold
Job/Practice Description:
Our full-time rheumatologist is leaving to pursue private practice with his spouse, so this need is dire.
Location: Findlay, OH (40mins from Toledo)
Schedule Options:
1) Part-time or Full-time (2-5 days/week - 4hr, 8hr, 10hr, 12hr days)
2) Week On/Week Off (7am-7pm Mon-Thurs, 7am-5pm Fri, 4hr Sat)
Flexible schedule and workweek, option of extended morning or evening hours
Diverse spectrum of interesting and complex patients
Ability to choose patient mix and practice at top of license
Weekly onsite CME, and CME/grand rounds available through Mayo Clinic Care Network
24-hour in-house hospitalist services
Option to teach medical students and advanced practice trainees
Full complement of medical and surgical specialties available for support
State-of-the-Art Surgical and Inpatient Facilities and Technology
New visits average 40 minutes and follow-ups 20.
Physicians see 2 patients per hour (18 per day), starting with mostl
