We're seeking per diem Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) who are committed to providing high-quality, individualized care in the comfort of our clients' homes. We currently have 12-hour day and overnight shifts, as well as nursing visit opportunities, available throughout Westchester County. What We're Looking For Minimum 1 year of recent LPN experience in an acute care setting (home care experience preferred) Active NYS LPN license and current BLS certification Eligible to work in the U.S. Physical exam (within 1 year) PPD or QuantiFERON (within 1 year) or chest X-ray (within 5 years) MMR immunizations (within 10 years) Valid driver's license (preferred) Join Our Team If you are a compassionate and skilled nurse dedicated to delivering exceptional care, we invite you to become part of the Affirmed Home Care team.
